Helpful in every way. Professional but also personable. Takes time to listen and explain. Gives you confidence that you can trust his advice. His staff also do everything possible to assist you. Most importantly, amazing outcomes from surgery. Always kind and respectful in his communications - he even remembered the name of my carer.
Dr Rao's professionalism and ability to relate to patient on a personal level is impressive. His ability to understand a patient's condition and how it affects not only physically, but also emotionally is of the highest level. I was also impressed at how willing he is to respect all of the patient's wishes and concerns as to treatment being used. After 20 years of pain, I have finally found relief. Thank you very much.

I found DR Rao to be confident and reassuring pre op. I was able to walk that night after the operation, I have had no pain at the site of the incision at all. Also a special thanks to Terrie -Anne and ladies for assisting me with my queries post op.

A brilliant surgeon who excelled in his treatmen of my spine nerve problem. He used microscopic surgery thar ensured my fast recovery. His care and aftercare were excellent and his bedside manner was very good. He was always helpful and polite to my family who were worried and put me at ease.
I had a fall off a ladder and fractured C5/C6 fracture and L1 fracture. After spending time in pyblic hospital and home my condition wirsened as I had nerve compression left side of my neck. I was in constant excruciating pain and no medication could take it away. I went to emergency at Norwest hospital abd was admitted. Next day an Mri was done on my neck and nerve compression visible.
