Amazing experience here!
We recently moved to the area and were in need of a endodonist and a great dental office. Even though the first dentist we initially seen had a huge problem with sending our records to them the wonderful ladies in the office worked with us and patiently helped us with getting our documents we needed so that my husband could be seen that morning. Everything was great
I apologize for forgetting the girls names at the front desk. When I arrived I was told my insurance had been canceled. Of coarse I was confused and a little angry. I called insurance and they spoke with th girls. They were wonderful, worked it all out and I was seen. They were professional, cool calm and got the job done. Very happy with my choice of Lane & Asso Oh Edwin was awesome and so was Dr Hicks.
